Are you an unpaid carer in the Wokingham area? Carers Rights Day is coming up on Thursday 19th November and acts as a great opportunity to get useful information, advice and support, and to find out more about the help available to you.
The Wokingham Carers Partnership will be running a free event at Radstock Community Centre with Q&A sessions covering Education Health Care Plans, preparing for adulthood, saving energy, legal advice & wills, looking after your own health, carers breaks and other new services.
There is also an online webinar in the evening covering wills, trusts, LPAs, care fees and inheritance tax.
