Last year, the Town Council renovated the derelict phone box located by the parade of shops on Silverdale Road.
We are collaborating with schools and the university and the phone box will be used as a display case for art and local history projects.
This week, the art department at Maiden Erlegh School installed the first display. This installation incorporates year 8 work inspired by artist Yinka Shonibare and a ceramic piece created by a year 11 student. We hope you enjoy!
