Last week, whilst on his rounds, our Park Ranger noticed a grounded Red Kite with a head injury. Thank you to Oxfordshire Wildlife Rescue for their swift response in coming to collect the injured bird. The Red Kite is being fed and rehabilitated and it is hoped they will be released back at Maiden Erlegh Nature Reserve in a few weeks time.
