Andrea was married to Graeme Moodie, who was a pupil at Maiden Erlegh School when it was a school for boys in the 1930s under the leadership of Captain T S Waterlow Fox. Andrea wrote a novel, The Foxtrot’s Easy, based on Graeme’s childhood memories.
