It’s that time of year again and Earley Town Council is pleased to announce that Stallholders can now reserve a pitch at this year’s Green Fair, which will be held on Saturday 5th August 2023 at Maiden Erlegh Nature Reserve from 10.00am to 3.00pm.
We ask all stallholders to submit your booking form and non-refundable booking fee as soon as possible, as pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The pitch booking fees and table hire charges for 2023 are as follows: –
Pitch Booking Fees
Charitable Organisations/Groups £5.00 per pitch
Individual/Commercial £10.00 per pitch
Table Hire Charges
Hire of 4ft x 2ft table £4.00 per table
Hire of 6ft table £6.00 per table
NB: A pitch size is 11ft x 11ft and two tables per pitch can be reserved (on a first come first served basis).
If you wish to book a pitch, please ensure you have read the Terms & Conditions, which apply to all bookings, before submitting your booking form.
Booking fees and table hire charges must be paid at the time of booking and can be paid by cheque (made payable to Earley Town Council), by Card by contacting the Office on 0118 986 8995 or in cash by visiting the Council Offices.
On receipt of your booking form and non-refundable booking fee, your reservation will be confirmed in writing and further instructions will be sent to allocated stallholders nearer to the day of the event.
The Town Council is keen to ensure it continues to receive support from charitable organisations, commercial organisations and visitors to the Fair, with the aim to promote a greater understanding about the environment and associated issues.
