Blue general rubbish bags will start being delivered in Wokingham Borough from Monday 6th February. They will be dropped on doorsteps over a six-week period, with all houses receiving them by mid March.
Each house will receive a roll of 54 blue bags, covering the period between April 2023 and March 2024. You can check the delivery date of your blue bags on the Wokingham Borough Council website.
If you live in a flat and have a bin store with a wheeled or a ‘grunden’ style bin for rubbish, you can use any plastic bags, because blue bags will not be delivered to flats having this arrangement.
