Wokingham Borough Council’s waste and recycling collections will start an hour earlier at 5.30am from Wednesday 10th August until Friday 12th August due to the predicted heatwave. WBC hope an earlier start will protect crews from the extreme heat.
In order to avoid being missed, WBC are asking residents to put their waste and recycling out the night before their collection day for these days.
