We are pleased to announce that fishing permits are now available to buy ready for the start of the fishing season on 16th June 2022.
If you wish to apply for a permit
Please download the relevant Application Form which can be found on our Council Documents page.
On submitting an application, you will need to provide the following: –
- Passport sized photograph
- Copy of your rod license (Adults & Juniors over 12)
- Copy of your birth certificate (Juniors only)
- Stamped Addressed Envelope (for us to send your permit to you by post)

Payment can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or cash.
Please be aware that junior applicants new to fishing will be required to attend a safety talk before we are able to issue a permit.
