Earley Green Fair Returns for 2022


Earley Town Council is pleased to announce that our Green Fair is returning this year after a two-year absence due to the Covid-19 pandemic and stallholders are now able to book a pitch.

 

The event will be held on Saturday 6th August 2022, at Maiden Erlegh Local Nature Reserve, between 10am and 3pm.

 

As this year is also the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, to help celebrate, we are also inviting all stallholders to decorate their stalls with a jubilee theme.

 

The pitch booking fees and table hire charges for 2022 are as follows: –

 

Pitch Booking Fees – (One pitch is 11ft x 11ft)
Charitable Organisations/Groups        £5.00 per pitch (non-refundable)
Individual/Commercial                         £10.00 per pitch (non-refundable)

 

Table Hire Charges – (Maximum of 2 tables can be reserved for each pitch)
Hire of 4ft x 2t table                            £4.00 per table
Hire of 6ft x 2ft table                           £6.00 per table

We ask that you submit your booking form and non-refundable booking fee as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as pitches/table hire will be offered on a first come first served basis.

 

Booking fees and table hire charges must be paid at the time of booking and can be paid by cheque (made payable to Earley Town Council), by Card by contacting the Office on 0118 986 8995 or in cash by visiting the Council Offices.

 

Many organisations, participants and visitors have helped to support the Green Fair for many years, so it is with great pleasure that the Council is able to hold this event again this year with the aim to promote a greater understanding about the environment and associated issues.
