Earley Town Council is seeking to appoint a positive, forward thinking and proactive Buildings & Facilities Manager to oversee the management of Council buildings and facilities.
The successful applicant will have experience in building and facilities management with general maintenance skills, who can ensure health & safety compliance, manage projects and who possesses sound managerial, communication and organisational skills and has an awareness of climate issues and the importance of energy efficiency.
This role is not suitable for remote working, it will be a hands-on role that will involve staff management, the overseeing of reactive maintenance and planned works and the delivery of Council services to our residents.
