Have your say on future housing numbers in the borough

All the political parties on Wokingham Borough Council are strongly supporting the aim of reducing housing numbers within the borough and are asking for residents’ support. Please respond to this planning consultation by 1st October giving your views about the governments ideas for changes to the planning system.

Leader of Earley Town Council Councillor Clive Jones says “If these proposals are not stopped then it’s likely that the government’s plans will mean up to 30,000 new house will be built in the borough in the next 20 years“.
