Involve Community Services are a local charity supporting the Wokingham community. They run a Community Navigation Scheme which aims to support individuals in the local community to find social and/or physical activities to improve their wellbeing.
The service is free for Wokingham Borough residents and/or people registered with a Wokingham Borough GP surgery.
