Balfour Beatty have been granted a temporary extension of working hours by Wokingham Borough Council to help avoid any delays to the current phase of work and to make the most of the longer daylight hours, subject to good weather conditions.
• Hours extended to 6.30am – 7pm on weekdays, and 8am – 1pm on Saturdays. No working on Sundays
• Normal site operations (including but not limited to piling, excavation, placing and compaction of fill) agreed between 8am and 6.30pm
• Initial three-month period (until 31st October 2020). Arrangement to be reviewed mid-October, if necessary
• Period between 7am and 8am limited to site access, briefings and induction, loading and unloading of deliveries, and refueling of plant.
