Last month Silverdale Youth & Community Centre hosted an evening of music by Six Broken Strings and solo artist, Adam, as part of a music project run with Reading Rock Academy. The event was attended by over 50 family, friends and teachers of those performing. The young people worked really hard to prepare for the event, practicing twice a week and being at the venue from 11am to 10pm on the day itself to ensure everything ran smoothly. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the evening, especially the musicians and Silverdale youth workers who helped support the event.
