Danehill Planning Application


At a Meeting of Earley Town Council held on Wednesday, 19th October 2016, Councillors’ attention was drawn to the Minutes of the Council’s Planning Committee held on 16th August which was addressed by representatives from Savill’s Planning Consultants concerning the proposal for the re-development of the site at Danehill.  

 

The development resulted in a Planning Application for 126 residential apartments of one, two and three bedroom units and included provision for 145 parking spaces.

 

While recognising the need for housing, Councillors expressed concern over the amount of flats being considered and felt that the lack of allocated parking could result in parking issues along Cutbush Lane.
