From 1st July 2016, the recycling centres will only accept household waste from people living in the Bracknell Forest, Reading and Wokingham local authority areas.
Residents will still be able to leave their household waste for free at the recycling centres, but will receive a permit to place in their windscreen when visiting the Centres. Alternative forms of ID will be acceptable but will slow the process of entry up.
