Meetings Diary COUNCIL AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS The Council is split into three different committees which meet to discuss various items relating to the Town. These are Amenities and Leisure Committee, which deals with various items including Parks, Burials, Community Centres and other Related Issues. The Planning Committee deals with all planning applications received and highway matters. The Policy and Resources Committee handles all administration and general running of the Town Council budgets. Six times a year there is a meeting of the full Council, where all items are discussed and agreed upon. All meetings are held at the Council Offices, Radstock Lane, Earley at 7.45 pm (except Planning Committee which commences at 7.30 pm) The Town electors' Meeting and Annual Meeting of the Town Council will be held on 7th May 2008 and 6th May 2009 Whenever possible we will endeavour to publish the Agenda's several days before the meeting. A meeting of Amenties & Leisure Committee is due to be held in the Council Chamber at the Council Offices, Radstock Lane, Earley, Reading on Wednesday, 3rd September commencing at 7.45 p.m.
